Please note: material delivered after the deadline may not be processed. Please also check the RAI deadlines for technical services such as electricity, rigging, catering, and furniture, for which early bird discounts are available.
If we have not received your information by the above dates, PROVADA is not responsible for not being able to mention/reserve it.
* PropertyDay is the trade fair magazine containing the program overview, among other things, and will be distributed on days 1, 2, and 3.
The program overview lists the time, title, organization, and location.
Please note: the title of the meeting must refer to the content and be linked to a specific time slot.
** For the online program overview, you can enter the title with invitation text for the public.
This is not intended for posting general announcements for stand visits.
PROVADA checks texts before publication and may decide not to post entered meetings if the information is incomplete.
